Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Soundprint. By signing in, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Soundprint.

Your account

• You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be at least 13.
• You’re responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your Google account secure.
• Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone, misleads people, or infringes a trademark.

Your profile

• You own what you write and the photos you upload. By posting them, you let us store and display them on Soundprint so your profile works.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don’t post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Music and other services

Soundprint links to albums and tracks on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and YouTube Music. Album artwork and music belong to their owners. We don’t host or stream music, and those services have their own terms. Matches are found automatically and may sometimes be wrong; you can remove anything that isn’t right.

The service

We work to keep Soundprint running well, but it’s provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using it. We may change or end features, and we’ll give reasonable notice before shutting down the service.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Soundprint means you accept the changes. Questions: [email protected].
